In the old centre of Haarlem, in one of the so-called Golden streets, the Schagchelstraat 33, you will find this colourful gallery & giftshop.The main artist is Rolinka van Zuiden: ''After creating art for decades and exposing my art in many galleries it is a great privilege to be able to show and sell my art in such a wonderful place, It is a colourful gallery where artistic people can meet, explore and share conversation about art. It is a vibrant oasis where art, colour and craftmanship come together to produce small handmade gifts but also big oil-paintings.

Hereby a preview of collections, divided in clear overview, ArtRolinka is open every Wednesday (starting in spring till end of september) Thursday and Friday from 11:30 - 16 and every Saturday from 11:30 - 14:00. NEW AND ACTUAL! From 19 0ctober till end of december: Rolinka takes part in a pop-up to support the circular economy at the Vleeshal (Grote markt Haarlem). In the end there will be a free workshop to show how old coffee can be used in textural art, see more about this below. A large painting of hers will also be on display to illustrate this approach. It can be viewed at de Vleeshal throughout the popup event, which runs until the end of Dember (Open on weekdays only.)
ACTUEEL!! NIEUWSFLITS!! Rolinka doet mee met een pop-up in de Vleeshal (Grote markt) om de circulaire economie te ondersteunen. Aan het einde geeft ze in dat kader een one-off workshop om te laten zien hoe je gedroogde koffie in een kunstwerk kan gebruiken om een mooie textuur te verkrijgen. Een groot schilderij hangt in de Vleeshal als voorbeeld en kan daar bezichtigd worden. Tegelijk kunnen alle andere stands met supergoeie ideen bekeken worden!! De moeite waard!! Alle door-de-weekse dagen open tot eind december.
☕🎨 From Coffee Grounds to Art — a One-Off Workshop
Discover how everyday coffee grounds can create beautiful textures in a painting! During the circular pop-up event at the Vleeshal in Haarlem, I’ll show you how I use this leftover material in my art.
In many of my paintings, I incorporate the dried coffee grounds from my daily cups of coffee. Something that would otherwise be thrown away becomes part of a work of art.
Although I no longer give workshops, I’m delighted to make an exception for this occasion. I’ll share my creative process and introduce you to the possibilities hidden in materials we often think of as waste.
It’s a chance to bring together art, reuse and care for our environment.

☕🎨 Van koffiedik tot kunst — een eenmalige workshop
Ontdek hoe je met iets alledaags als koffiedik prachtige texturen in een schilderij kunt maken! Tijdens de circulaire pop-up in de Vleeshal in Haarlem laat ik je zien hoe ik dit restmateriaal verwerk in mijn kunst.
In veel van mijn schilderijen gebruik ik het gedroogde koffiedik van mijn dagelijkse kopjes koffie. Wat anders weggegooid wordt, krijgt zo een nieuw leven als onderdeel van een kunstwerk.
Hoewel ik geen workshops meer geef, maak ik voor deze gelegenheid graag een uitzondering. Ik neem je mee in mijn werkwijze en laat je ontdekken welke creatieve mogelijkheden er schuilgaan in materiaal dat we vaak als afval beschouwen.
Zo komen kunst, hergebruik en zorg voor onze omgeving samen.
